Should I opt for B.Sc in food technology? Is it tough to pursue B.Sc in food technology?

It is a medium level course. If you have nice base in biology and chemistry it will be easy for you to do food technology. If you complete PG you can work in government sectors as food inspector and also can do as lectures in reputed colleges. It is a nice course.
