Both are good course. You can opt as your convenience. http://www.vhluniversity.com/vhl-studies/bachelors/food-technology/career-opportunities.aspx. This wiil provide you the details about B.Sc. Food technology and the job opportunities. B.Sc. Agriculture is also a good programme.
