Hello, B.Tech is a professional course. Hence, you must choose an institute by considering its previous placement record. No matter, it is a university or engineering college. There are so many universities giving better placements. Thank you.

Every top engineering college IIT, NIT, BITS, IIITs now is an autonomous university itself. Though, it is good to study in a university as it enables it to decide its course structure and curriculum.
