    Hi,
    Biotechnology course is all about using concepts of Biology for tweaking and modifying biological systems, cell structures, biological processes etc. So that they can be used in Engineering and Technology related applications to improve and enrich various sectors such as healthcare, food processing, agriculture, pharmaceuticals etc. And solve problems arising in these sectors. After a B.Tech degree, students can find jobs in pharmaceutical companies, research labs, biotech companies like Life Cell, Reliance Biotech, and many others and institutions in India. It's a vague word. salary depends majorly on your institute and then your own individual performance for further details please check for your kind information only 66% of IIT graduates got job in campus placement this year and biotech is still developing field.
