Should I opt for B.Tech in CSE in Harvard University or pursue B.Tech in CSE in IIT, Powai?

I am expecting to get 90 percent scholarship in Harvard University.

    Harvard is the best option. But if I ever have a situation like this then I will choose IIT because only India is producing quality engineers every year more than any country. So there should be some reason behind why all the big companies hire IITians and Indians at good posts.
    Just think about this as well while making any decision.
