    The eligibility criteria to apply at LPU is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST or In case student scored more than or equal to 90% in 10+2, or 90 percentile in JEE Mains, then LPU NEST will be exempted and candidate may apply for admission.     In my opinion, You should opt for B.Tech CSE in LPU rather than dropping a year. The staff is well qualified and most of them are Ph. The curriculum is built keeping in mind the current technology trends.     Dear Sagar, I would suggest you to Better to save your time as the opportunity comes once in life. But joining LPU would be a better option for you because you will save your time as well as you will get more opportunities and get quality education whereas you can get admission in LPU in the engineering programme.
