Well, you can do both with just one course. Enroll for some credit transfer B.Tech programme where you can study in India plus abroad and get an internationally accepted degree. I know about Institutes like Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology which gives you courses like International engineering Programme that helps you study two years in India and two years abroad. It is one of the top engineering Institute in India which has also been globally ranked by Times Higher Education & QS Rankings which is a big deal.
