Should I opt for B.Tech in MechEngg or pursue B.Arch? Which course has a better scope?

I have secured 26640 rank in WBJEE, 248733 rank in JEE Mains and 5138 rank in JEE Mains paper 2. My NATA score is 114 and class 12th percentage is 80 (best 5 subjects). I have selected mainly CVRCE, Bhubaneswar and Meghnad Saha College, Kolkata. I also got UEMs but I won't go for them.

Go for B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering as it has a larger scope in private as well as government sectors.
