Should I opt for B.Tech or pursue integrated M.Tech (B.Tech+M.Tech)?

B.Tech is better option than integrated M.
Tech as you get proper time to study for both the specializations. M.Tech is better if pursued in 2 years time with time devoted for projects. Only advantage of dual degree is time saving and 2 degrees in 5 years instead of 6.
