Both the options are good, but BCA + MBA in IT has good opportunities, if you want to specialize in IT field and you will have technical + management knowledge, which will help you to achieve your dreams in IT industry.
If you want to specialize in business activities, you can do BBA + MBA.
    All the best.

    Hi,
I would advise BCA + MBA is a good choice because through this you will get knowledge of both IT and business. Therefore, you may be good fit for companies, who are looking for a technical manager in pre-sales or support.

BBA + MBA is always preferred, when compared to BCA + MBA, so that you can gain all the required knowledge in BBA.
