Siddharth, if you want to do M.Com subsequent to B.Com then taking Honours would be preferable as admission to M.Com then is comparatively easier. Incase you want to compete in the UPSC exam or state PSC exams or want to do MBA later then prefer B.Com from Delhi University.

but in asia jamia mil. univ. is best known for mass n communication...so think before admission!!
