Should I opt for BJMC in a government college or pursue the same from a private college?

I have appeared for class 12th board exams this year.

Of course, government college which is good. The issue is that the subject offers as Vocational Course in a poor manner. JNU or Jamia Milia Islamia University is very good for this but colleges not. Makhan Lal University, Madhya Pradesh is also a known one. IIMC is a good name in Delhi.
