Depends on your interest, either you are mad for coding or getting a good college. If you have interest in coding, MNIT will take it to the highest level with good placement. If you don't have any specific interest, you only want to be dependent on the college then opt for BITS.

Institutional reputation counts sometimes. But, think of your interest also, in addition. Personal inclinations are very much important. There may be certain other aspects also. So, analyse totally. Take a comprehensive view.

    Hi,
Both the institutes are good. I think you should go for a good branch and CSE is an excellent option.
    Good luck.

In terms of college, BITS Pilani is much ahead, I don't know much about MNIT. But, your interest in stream also play a major role.
