Should I opt for CPA course?

I am a B.Com graduate and started my CA after completing class 12th. I left my CA and appeared for CAT exam. I scored very low marks in it. My father wants me to resume CA but I want to give another shot at MBA. I am 24 years old.

If you have cleared your CA inter, you have a clear shot at CPA. If that's not the case, then you will need to take up a Diploma or a Masters programme to be eligible.

Since, you have already cleared IPCC (CA). You should continue article-ship or get a job to have practical knowledge of accounting practices. Alongwith, you must complete CA final. Good opportunity welcome you there after.
According to you, it will take next 3 years to complete MBA from now. Before that, you can become CA successfuly. It will save your time and age to get a required job.
CPA may not be possible.you must be at-least M.Com or CA. However, it is a short-duration course.
