Yes, you can opt for CSE in sector 128 if you are not getting CSE in sector 62. The scope for CSE in both the JIITs is good and you can get a good placement if you are upto the benchmark in terms of knowledge. If you are interested in CSE then yes you should opt it but if you're just taking branch because of its charm, then you should look for other available options. CSE in JIIT 128 is not a bad choice at all.
