In my opinion, you should opt CSE from NIT Patna, because NIT Patna provides good quality of CSE faculty members and good computer labs also.

I would suggest you to opt for CSE in NIT Patna because computer science students have more demand than civil in view of campus placements.

If you have interest in cse branch then go for NIT Patna, else go for NIT Allahabad. NIT Allahabad is far better than NIT Patna in all respect. There is only one benefit in joining NITP and that is CSE branch. If you are mad about CSE then you should join NITP, else in any condition, I will prefer y
