You should pursue CSE from NSIT as it is the best option if you are looking for good placements. -
CSE at NSIT is the best option. It is located in the capital hence more exposure for you.

CSE in NSIT and IT in IIIT Allahabad are at par mostly. So, either of them could be taken as the first option depending on your other criteria.
