Should I opt for ECE in NIT-Delhi or pursue CSE from DTU?

Right now, I would say you should choose DTU over NITD.
But make sure you don't compromise with your interest in a particular field in order to get a better Institute. Do make sure that whichever branch you take, you have an interest in that.
But DTU CE should be your top priority than NIT-Delhi for ECE. -
