Should I opt for fashion designing course? If yes, which is the best college for the same?

I have done Masters in science. I don't have good drawing skills.

Only drawing skills are not enough to pursue a career in fashion designing. In fact, you have already spent 5 years in science stream so it would be great if you stay in the same field. But just in case you still want to change your field then try appearing for NIFT or NID entrance exams and then
