    Hi,
    Construction Management (CM) or Construction Project Management (CPM), has its roots in Project Management (PM). PM in turn has its roots in aerospace projects, which have the distinction of being the projects which exceed their budgets by sometimes as high as 400% and get delayed by decades. Infrastructure; Construction projects too have faced similar problems, but, to a lesser degree.
