Should I opt for integrated M.Tech (EIE and VLSI and embedded software) in NIT, Rourkela or pursue B.Tech in EIE from NIT-Rourkela?

It's your choice, but if you ask then B.Tech courses are always better than M.Tech.

I am always for integrated course. It saves hassels of entrance exam for PG. In any case normally everyone wants to do PG. My advise is go ahead without any hesitation.
