Should I opt for Jamia or take admission in any other college for B.Tech?

I am sure that I won't be able to score more than 150 marks in JEE Mains exam.

Hello Shoaib, You can apply for Jamia, since 50% seats are reserved for Muslim candidates and you will have great chance.
