Should I opt for M.Sc+Ph.D in pure science or pursue B.Tech+M.Tech in biotechnology?

The decision would be based on your interest areas and long term career plans. If you want to pursue a career in academics / technical / research areas then M.Sc. +Ph.D in pure Science is better. However if you want to peruse a career in a specific field of biotechnology the B.Tech+M.Tech is better.
