Both the courses are good. It depends on your area of interest. If you go with M.Tech, then it will be completely technical field and growth is good in this field. If you choose MBA, then your field will change to management and career would be related to IT analyst. MBA is more useful after gaining some work experience.

Hi Raushan,After B.Tech, if you are interested in Higher Studies or research in the same stream, then you may go for M.Tech. Else, MBA would be a good option. You should have 55% marks in B.Tech/BE and a valid score of GATE. I am enlisting a few good colleges for M.Tech : IIT Roorkee, IIT Guwahati, DTU, IIT Varanasi, IIT Dhanbad, NIT Surathkal, NIT Tiruchirappalli, NIT Warangal, NIT Calicut, Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar, Punjab, College of Engineering, Anna University, DTU, VIT, BITS, IIIT Hyderabad, IIEST Howrah, College of Engineering Pune, Jadavpur University, IIIT Allahabad, Anna University
