If you want to earn more, you must do MBA and work in private sector. If you want to contribute to the nation, join Civil Services or Defense Services.

If you are a graduate then you are eligible to go for government Jobs.
Getting a PG degree will not add any advantage to Govt. Jobs preferences. So why to waste two years? Instead start preparing for Government competitive exams.
I hope this helps!

If you want government job, don't even think about MBA. It gives you a corporate or private job and not government.
