Should I opt for MBA in logistics or pursue MBA in marketing or HR?
I have done B.Sc in IT. I am working in the sales department of a firm.

According to me, logistics will be a good option as you are aware about the supply chain of finishes products. You are aware of issues and hurdles between shipping and sales.
