Should I opt for MBA in marketing or pursue MBA in IB?

MBA marketing is a stream with broader scope and career opportunities. International Business (IB) will be a niche area of specialization. If you are much interested and inclined towards IB then IIFT is one of the best B-School for pursuing it.
