It is better for you to go for MBA, because in some universities you cannot get MBA without work experience. So, you can imagine that MBA have more value than MS. -
You should opt for executive MBA from government colleges like ISB-Hyderabad or IPE-Hyderabad, FMS-Delhi. As you have a handsome experience and will help you in future promotions as a manager.
