    It is better for you to go for MBA, because in some universities you cannot get MBA without work experience. So, you can imagine that MBA have more value than MS.

    You should opt for executive MBA from government colleges like ISB-Hyderabad or IPE-Hyderabad, FMS-Delhi. As you have a handsome experience and will help you in future promotions as a manager.
