Should I opt for MBA?
I failed twice in CS executive exam.

If you are opting for MBA because you failed in your CS exams then you shouldn't. You should try for it again if you are genuinely interested in it. But if you really want to go for MBA, then you must go for it.

You can opt for MBA. You should never get disheartened by the failures. It totally depends on you. Hrad work is the key to success.
