Should I opt for MCA or pursue hotel management course after completing BCA?
I am not good in programming.

Automation has already started eating the available jobs in IT. You are in position to switch the field, better go for hotel management from some reputed college.

If you have opted BCA earlier, there should be some reason. Can you tell me about your interest in IT? You can follow your area of interest, then opt anything, otherwise you will be able to do things, but you will not be able to excel. -

It really depends on you Prateek, the first think of which profession you need to go after BCA and try to find which are the skill Sets you are good at. If you really good at programming skills and like to become a software engineer go with MCA. Hotel Management is a good course only if you have interest and skills in Management, after doing BCA joining hotel management course is not a good choice.
