Hi Varun,
I believe both carry some value, it all depend upon your area of interest. If you want to work entirely towards electronics and communication part, then Electronics & Communication is the option where if there's an involvement of mechanical along with the electronics, then mechatronics i

This is true, but I feel it's getting noticed in India as well, so if you've a master's degree from a reputed and a good foreign university, it would have an added advantage.
