Should I opt for part-time MBA or do any computer certification? Is full-time MBA a better option?

Will it be better to apply for the PR visa of Canada and then pursue a course?

It is better if you go in for regular MBA.

If you have work experience, part-time MBA is a good option. If you cannot give full time for your studies, part-time MBA will be better. Computer certification will enhance your computer skills it can be done along with your MBA/part-time MBA. If you can dedicate your full-time for studies, full-time MBA can be done.
All the best for your studies.
