Should I opt for PG Diploma in supply chain management instead of full-time MBA in supply chain management after completing B.Tech?

Yes, you can go for PGDM in Supply Chain management. It is equivalent to MBA, but the degree has more value as compared to Diploma. PGDM is a Diploma course and MBA is a degree course. Both will give you good career options as you have done B.Tech.
