Should I opt for some short-term course in accountancy or pursue MBA after completing B.Com?

Rather than doing short term courses, it is always better to go for professional courses, they fetch you more and better jobs. Top colleges of MBA in India are:
- Iims
- Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar
- S. P Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai
- UPES, Dehradun
- ICFAI univer

I think you should go for MBA as it will fetch you good job and income too rather than doing short-term courses. You can also do CFA as its in great demand now a days.

If you have good skills in accounts and numbers then you can better choose MBA in finance which has great scope everywhere and the most useful course to settle in a short period.

MBA, other than from prominent institutions like IIMs has no value. Reason is the teaching tools used there. So, if you want to get into any of IIMs or any other prominent institutions after cracking CAT and GD, do it. Otherwise, kindly go for business analytics course which is now emerging as the m

The decision would depend on your career aspirations and economic status. If financial constraint is not there then I would advise you to pursue further education. Keeping your interests in mind you could pursue law, M.Com, MBA.
Short term courses in accountancy will not add much value to your profi

I would recommend you to pursue MBA instead of any other short term courses. The main reason behind this would be that in MBA you will get to know the broader aspect of everything that you have learned in your Bachelors.
