Should I opt for the I&E programme if placement is my primary focus considering that my score is not high enough to get into core programme?

The I&E program's main focus is on training its students for launching their own start-ups and ventures. The very nature of the program does not support placement activities. Hello, SIBM Pune's MBA (Innovation & Entrepreneurship) doesn't offer any placements as of now. Primary purpose of the course is to aid the students become future innovators and entrepreneurs & offering placements would defeat the purpose.
