Should I opt to repeat my class 12th from NIOS or appear for ISC improvement exam?

I scored 60 percent marks in HSC. I want to pursue engineering.

    If you are already in a college then it is not possible.

    60% is not a bad percentage. In this percentage also, you can get take admissions in so many good colleges at low budget and package.
