Yes, a perfect option for you as you will be having a base and can do great with both the degrees in IT.

MBA in IT would be a good option after CSE but its only worth it if you are pursuing it from a good institute, otherwise it's better to get into a job and pursue MBA through distance as two years work experience along with MBA distance will be fruitful.
