Should I pay the fee for other institute else I may loose admission? The result will be declared on April 4.

Ask those colleges whether fee will be reimbursed if you cancel admission before joining.Because according to AICTE rules,if you withdraw admission they should repay you by just retaining Rs.1000 fine.So call those institutes and ask.
