Should I plan for MBA? I have a very poor academics.Will it effect during my placements?

I have secured 41% in my 10th,64.48% in diploma engineering & 60.4%in B.Tech mechanical engineering.

Dear prakash, According to me there is no issue regarding ur academic record. You did really well especially after ur 10th grade. Now you should focus on ur future and go for MBA programme. Suggestion from my side u should try for gate exam too and try for public sector firm too. They offer good
