    In case of a university, there will be almost all courses like law, management, engineering, arts and science, etc. will be offered at a single place but in case of an institute, you may have any one only like engineering.
    To get into an engineering college, you need to see about its rankings, accreditation, reviews and placements before selecting it. These are the required parameters for an engineering college.
