In India, CSE is one of the most demanding fields. Though both the colleges are good in terms of academics but being an alumni let me share the details for LPU. Computer Science and Engineering programme is a popular branch among students and offers decent job opportunities after graduation. Good Placement: LPU has a good placement record for CSE students. Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. Varun, surely you can prefer LPU over Amity. LPU is one of the best university in India with many rankings from both govt.and non-govt.agencies.
Looking at the placement record of the university, you will see that the record is consistent with good companies visiting the campus for campus recruitment.
    Good luck.
