Should I prepare for Bank PO or search for civil engineering jobs in private sector as it's hard to get a government job?

With Government moving out of major industries, diluting its equity in PSUs and encouraging privatization, jobs in Government sector will start reducing in time to come. Also current government has a large focus on Infrastructure Development in PPP model. Therefore, you must not shut your options of
