Civil Service is one of the most toughest Exam in India. Unless you prepare well you can not to make to India's most sought after job. Therefore, there is no way to make it to IAS without studies.

If you want to study more then complete your graduation and then post graduation in field of your interest. Then assess yourself that still you want to study more or you really want to join administrative services. If assessment says that still you have zeal of studying more then go for doctrate program. It will give you chance to go ahead in field of research. It will lead you to very good career in research field by hopefully becoming a scientist. Or else you can try for becoming IAS by preparing and clearing UPSC examination. Both these careers will gain you respect in society.
Therefore choose wisely where you want to be in your car
