Should I pursue B.Ed or D.Ed after doing BE in IT if I want to get into teaching field?

You can go for B.Ed. You can either go for a regular degree or correspondence. A lot of universities providing regular B.Ed ask for 1 or 2 years of work experience in the teaching field.
