B.tech in CSE is slightly better than B.tech in IT placement-wise. Otherwise, syllabus is pretty much same except for some subjects.

Both B.Tech CSE and B.Tec IT degrees are equally good with 80% similar syllabus. CSE graduates have better systems concepts in vompari oyo IT grafuates. CSE graduates have a minor edge over IT graduates. CSE graduates get both Apps and System development job whereas IT graduates are preferred for A

We can't say for sure, but sometimes IT students are getting immediate placements.

both are almost same the only difference is CS is slightly higher version of IT
