Should I pursue B.Tech in CSE from IPU's Northern, Amity or JIMS or from LPU?

Among all Engineering institutes, LPU is highly preferred because of the curriculum, pedagogy, placements and various ranking by external agencies. B.Tech CSE is a programme which is high in demand and LPU assists in providing the updated curriculum, exposure and many more. On interacting with Alumni, I came to know that LPU helps in developing analytical, communication and decision making skills of students which are considered to be an important. Keeping in view the employment potential, in-depth knowledge is provided to the students through department electives in computer networks, artificial intelligence, databases and information systems as well as computer programming and algorithms. As per the discussion, I came to the conclusion that LPU provides following: 1. International tie-ups with more than 200 countries 2. Core courses, departmental electives, pathways, Engineering Minor, training elective, open minors are offered to the students for better learning and understanding. 3. International Exposure Option to the students to study for four weeks to USA/ European countries or any other country as decided by the University 6. Industrial Immersion with Google, dell, Bosch, Cisco and many more 7. Innovative Pedagogy: Usage of demo kits in addition to animations, simulations, audio-visual aids 8. Holistic Development:Participation in technical events, sports and cultural activities help in the holistic development of students 9. Sharing my knowledge regarding placement from all these universities, I would recommend LPU, in terms of giving maximum no. Of opportunities to candidate. In LPU, there are many companies who visit for CSE. Huge no. Of tech festivals, seminars, workshops are held there. A very good environment is there as lot of culture diversity. Apart from study, students can learn many other things from diversity. Moreover, for getting place anyone need knowledge which is 80% in student's hand, only 20% help from other resources. Coding skill comes only by self-practice, even top college can't let you learn these skill. If you have these skills, no one can stop you get place, whether on campus or off campus placement: whether it is LPU or any university. Coming to LPU now and its placements, then LPU is now ranked as among top 5 universities of the country. LPU student Tanya Arora has bagged the highest placement package by Microsoft in year 2019, of 42 Lacs by completing her B.Tech CSE. SCHOLARSHIPS: Aid to education is given on various scales of scholarships including the one based on COVID. PLACEMENTS: LPU has been awarded National Employ-ability 2020 for Best Placements as MNCs recruit students to top positions. 900 companies visit the LPU campus for internships and ob job training and 700+ companies recruit the LPU students to the top-notch positions. More than 550 companies visit every year for such activities and campus-recruitment of students from LPU; and this year for batch graduating in 2020, already more than 500 placement/internship drives have been conducted till January 2020 with leading industry giants in which more than 90% are MNCs and generating more than 3000 offers just in the first half of the academic session. B.Tech CSE student bagged a 42LPA from Microsoft and many more such feats are added to LPU.
