Should I pursue B.Tech in electrical in India or do BET from Cape Breton, Canada for better paying jobs?

Cape Breton will fetch more money for sure and provides placement opportunity too unlike many Indian colleges. However you should consider if you will be able to pay for tuition there as even though cape Breton is cheaper compared with other Canadian universities, it is expensive than education in

Yes I am sure of that. Atlantic Canada anyways lack human beings so almost all are employed
