Should I pursue BA phycology or should I do certificate courses?

I do not know who told you that there is limited scope in HR. I have spend almost a decade in HR and I am still a learner. I learn everything new day and there is so much to do. If you are saying money wise, today HR with good reputation and strong network in the market and HR with an MBA from tier 1 institutes like XLRI, Symbiosis, TISS etc earning very good salary, at par with people from marketing, sales and strategy function. HR is gaining lot of momentum however there is no career for people with outdated skills and who have not upgraded themselves. Can you please elaborate on scope part and what exactly you are looking.
