Should I pursue BA phycology or should I do certificate courses?
I have competed my MBA in HR but there is a limited scope in HR.

I do not know who told you that there is limited scope in HR. I have spend almost a decade in HR and I am still a learner. I learn everything new day and there is so much to do. If you are saying money wise, today HR with good reputation and strong network in the market and HR with an MBA from tier

that may be possible with one of the organization. I have seen many organization has HR opening and being an HR, you need to be a change manager. If there is a status quo, you must question and change it. Do little more research about organization before giving up. Forget what you learnt as an MBA a
