Should I pursue BBA course? I got 206 marks in JEE Mains but I know that my board percentage will be very low.

You got a good score in JEE Mains, if you are sure that your board percentage will be greater than 75%, then go for JoSSA counseling. Your need is 75% in boards to be eligible to get admission in NITs and IIITs.
