Should I pursue BBA in banking management or do banking management after completing B.Com?

It will be better to do specialised banking degree or PG Diploma after B.Com. A lot of private banks run a one-year banking Diploma for graduates in collaboration with B-Schools with guaranteed job. You may apply for such courses after graduation degree.
